Another great example of why the police force in this country should not be armed.

Maybe it's the old bill who need the stick? I reckon for every mistaken taser attack the orifice responsible should be shot with one as well.

i saw this on TV, the poor old bugger can hardly walk-he shuffles along finding his way with a TINY white stick, he's already had a stroke as well as being blind, he's no threat, not only that they HANDCUFFED him as well.
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.
