I've tried to send or reply to five PMs but each one shows itself as N/A Undelivered ???, Any ideas?

There is an issue with the notification system. It shows that message but the PM is delivered. Something to do with the email. It's on my list to fix.

Aye, I just replied to a PM and in the sent items box it says "N/A (not sent)". so I've no idea if its gone or not.

not had any problems.

It is working fine. it's just the confirmation message. Low on my list of priorities and I'm hoping it will fix itself next upgrade.
