I Don't think so, people in areas like mine (rural/semi rural) dont see much the "authorities" so tend to be able to live without them.

yes, ditto here too, dont see anyone "official" from one year to the next, and thats exactly how i like it too!Big Grin

just cleared the path to the drive....lit the stove in the lounge...wifey just took bread out the rayburn...veg soup simmering away on the top plate....looked in on little gwen this morning gave her a loaf and some veg soup....her smile like £20 note.....all,s well down here folks

A cold day here, but again a dry and snow-less day with short periods of sunshine,... and thats the way it has been for the last week,... we are very lucky here
