Because its not stored/contained properly in the first place,..this is going to continually happen, as the plant decays more work will be needed,...probably an on going operation for years to come, as long as the radiation doesn't leak,..[and of course there is no guarantee that it wont] we will be ok,... Scotland took a big hit from that plant when it first happened
