Hello from across the pond
I'm not from the UK but I did do a stint at RAF Mildenhall back in the 80's and was the U.S./U.K. liaison officer when I was stationed in Africa a few years ago. I also worked extensively with the Aussies when I was in Afghanistan this past year so I kind of feel like an adopted son ... and I'm EXTREMELY fond of Guinness (Irish roots).

I live in the desert suburbs in Arizona and run a small website when I'm not doing things for the Army or other organizations.

Thanks for having me

Thank you. Interesting about your "Failure is not an option" motto. I'm a survival/military advisor for a TV show that will be shooting a pilot episode in a couple of months that uses the tagline "In Survival Failure Is NOT An Option" called Survival Trek Escape.

Small world.

Ex mil like yourself, survival for myself is very important, I survive my young son survives he is the most important thing in my life. He is learning fast, he does martial arts, shooting (air rifle), archery, and picking up survival skills.

Thanks guys. UKS, my son went to Afghanistan while I was there (although we couldn't see each other in person while I was there) and is now back in the US. He'll be home and drinking Guinness and watching Burn Notice with me this weekend. He's the most important thing there is.
