The reports today suggesting that petrol prices could rise to an unprecedented £1.40 a litre by the end of the summer, comes as a second blow for drivers who are already having to deal with petrol theft - now widespread throughout the U.K.

Just last night I heard what sounded like a set of aluminium ladders crashing down, 02.20. Know the sound, "urban birdsong", looked out, nowt. This morning, happened to notice the lead from the neighbours roof had gone ! Petrol WILL be next.
