I have been asked to move the time for the meet up to 2pm.
The reason for this is that there are going to be people coming who have to travel a fair distance and a later meet would make it impossible for them to attend.
If anyone has a problem with the new time then let me know.

Ok, well I've been informed that the other people who were coming may have been 'scared' off by talk on other forums. Not sure exactly what this means but one consequence is that we can keep the meet for 8pm.
Sorry to keep changing it but now it's back to 8pm. And that is where it's staying!
