Medication.....
If you are on prescription medication try and build up your stocks, ask your pharmacist if he can bring your next prescription foreward, as you will be on holiday when the prescription is due, you can do this several times.
See if you can reduce your dose a little a couple of days each week, i’ve done this with my blood pressure meds, and have four months stock.
Find out if there are any herbal remedies for your situation, get a book on herbal medication like the Andrew Chevalier “Encyclopedia of Medicinal Plants”.
For my needs Hawthorn berries are good for high blood pressure and most heart conditions, you can make hawthorn tea from the berries or buy hawthorn extract capsules, garlic is also very good.
Get some simple laboratory equipment, better than ordinary kitchen utensils learn how to make willow bark aspirin and penicillin tea.
As for basic OTC medication build up your stocks, a good multivitamin tablet may keep you healthier, paracetamol, co-codamol, ibuprofen, voltorol gel, oragel dental gel, piriton, gaviscon, imodium, senokot, sudafed, cough mixture, antihistamine cream, hydrocortisone cream, antiseptic cream, antifungal cream, all I can think of at the moment.

There is no doubt the Stasi are monitoring sites like this. Just don't write anything stupid and you will be fine. There are just too many people of their lists to make their lists useful unless they plan on a mass extermination programme. Which I wouldn't put past them. It's obvious from the number of issues that occur and it is then reported 'they were on a watchlist' The lists are pretty useless unless there is intelligence applied and there isn't much of that in the government. So we have lists of tens of thousands when there are just a few thousand in the security services to check them all out.
In the meantime TPTB add more and more to the lists as people wake up and they are catching the stupid ones, the gullible ones that they can set up and the real ones get caught only after an event. There simply isn't enough resources to cover the people they are pissing off.
So keep you head down and make some lists, it's unlikely but you never know your chance may come to do your bit for your country.

most prepping sites are about a theoretical event in the future, not in the here and now, as long as we dont actually break the law and most are careful not to do that then we have done nothing wrong and nothing we can be arrested for.
the most we can be accused of is having a vivid imagination.

Legally........Sedition and sedition libel (as common law offences) were abolished in England and Wales and in Northern Ireland by section 73 of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 with effect from 12th January 2010.
However......We are doing nothing illegal, we are not breaking any law, we are using common sense in preparing for as many different disasters, large or small, which can occur in an uncertain world.
So does it mater if some bored civil servant reads our posts......he might become a convert.
But remember time is running out......don’t waste it.

It hasn't just been a book for some time.
Each computer phone does have a unique id but only if you don't fake one, many phone have a randomised mac address and servers can use the system mac address or generate a random one. Now if you are on windows or use one of the many apps that share data then you can be tracked but tor is more popular now it had been build into Brave and you can hide your tracks via VPNs, Proxies and PAYG phones, or as the Merkins call them Burners.
Technology is a double edged sword though. It enabled them to become Big Brother but it also enables us to avoid their snooping.
We will always be one step ahead because we are adaptable and quick moving. They are slow and cumbersome but methodical and well funded. That is why they will never stop us but they will catch us and imprison us eventually.

Communication...... with all the uncertainty in this world, knowing what’s going on could be a life saver.
In a national emergency would you trust a government radio or television broadcast after all the lies of the last few years ?.
If all the phones were dead how would you contact your partner or your children ?.
A battery or windup radio with short-wave capability will allow you to get news from all over the world.
Simple PMR 446 wilkie-talkies ie motorola, with a range of 4-5 kilometres are good for local use if your partner is at the shop and your children are at school, (or between base and a forage party), and they are license free.
Baofeng 888’s are more powerful, but their UV-5R (amateur radios not just walkie-talkies) are excellent with a range of 10-20 kilometres but for both types you need a license to transmit (but not to listen in).
License free CB radio would probably be good for contacting other groups in your area after a breakdown, or perhaps to put out a local warning of any trouble.

Power.......electricity.......if the mains are off for a short time it’s usually a local issue, it’s just inconvenient, no lights, no television, no fridge, the freezer defrosts and central heating and air conditioning don’t work either.
If the outage is permanent it’s a different ball game, water is pumped to us and sewage is pumped from us, gas is also pumped, and all by electricity which we can do nothing about.
Water we know about, sewage we will have to dispose of safely to avoid disease, and we will need bottled gas for cooking, and coal or wood for heating. We can also forget the washing machine, a big user of electricity.
As for our other electricity needs there are really only two options a generator or an off grid solar system.
A generator, but then we need fuel, petrol and diesel are a finite resource, so a generator is only a temporary solution while we assess the situation.
That just leaves solar, a large solar system is very expensive so it’s best to work out what your needs will be and work out what you can afford.
We just wanted a system that primarily charges batteries from AA & AAA, usb and of course 12volt vehicle batteries.
We started with a 100 watt folding panel, which comes with leads and charge controller, for the camper van and it does it’s job for well for summer use.
We now also have two 120 watt panels feeding two 80 Ah leisure batteries, it kept all devices charged over winter, in summer should give enough to run a low energy 12volt compressor fridge/freezer (in the daytime).
The doomsday clock is at 90 seconds to midnight.
