Any changes to your EDC kit lately?

Just wondering if anyone has made any interesting changes to their EDC gear in the months since we last chatted about it?

In my own case I've added a pair of Dr Martens Monkey boots to my EDC footwear to go with my Salomans and Magnum midnites.

I've bought a decent Soft shell and modified it by removing the Velcro cuffs and fitted elastic instead, I also chopped off the hood and replaced it with a stiff collar

I've scrapped my nylon contractors belt and gone back to a good quality leather belt.

I've replaced some of my Craghopper KIWI cargos with new ones as they were getting a bit threadbare.

I need to get new specs and shades I think and perhaps I'll try those popular mechanix gloves.

Kit wise I've added the CRKT Liong Mah number 5 folder to my EDC blades .

So whatcha been changing yourselves?
