I think they define "high velocity" as faster than a person can throw. Besides, its sounds scary, like "assault rifle". Hes lucky the finish was wood. If it had been black it would have been listed as "high power, baby killing, assault, sniper, fully semi automatic machine gun". What with its dangerous looking barrel shorud and a "shoulder thing that goes up".
