it did say(somewhere..i forget where) that it only affected people who did not have a previous balance in their accounts, in other words people who live from paycheck to paycheck and dont put anything back for emergencies.
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.

So it would appear the BACS system is at fault. Could be a pain for money transfers as well.
