You have to remember that certain anti-biotics are made for certain diseases. It may be worth looking at natural sources like honey and garlic. You can not just pop a pill and fix all problems, prevention of infection is key.
There are also side effects to consider as the good bacteria in the gut also suffers from anti-biotics.

Just some thoughts.
