They do some great spray antibiotics sprays for farm animals
Not for internal use
But after the SHTF a quick spray on cuts and scratches would stop things getting worse. So many things start off as a small cut and then infection sets in. (You do end up with a blue/purple dye on your sink)

I think if you practice that, you and your tribe (or your bugs! Smile)are going to become antibiotic resistant quite quickly...
