I had to laugh at a comment saying the preppers might have weapons, but they would get raided by people with weapons. No one in their right mind who if their was a SHTF situation who had a shotgun or rifle would go to rob some who is armed where they may have crowds of people to fight through who could:

1. Take their weapon from them
2. Kill them

You might get some preppers who play Rambo - but hell, they have a bit more about them than just having seen the video. Some real armchair warriors in the DM comments.
