Number 23. contact FEMA !!!!!! you gotta be kidding me ! and do what ....tell them your name, SS number, address and hope they don't keep your name on file !i don't trust any Gov agencys... if I was an American... good tax paying citizen I wouldn't ring that lot !! they were Fuc#ing useless in the early days of Katrina, cant see them being any good in a really massive emergency !! and Katrina was a big emergency...... Fema....I wudnt trust them with my kids pocket money LMFAO Big Grin

27. Go on a walk/run to increase your fitness.

28. Start basic exercises, like press ups, air squats (a weightless squat), lunges, sit-ups/crunches (I hate both, but something is better than nothing) and super mans (lay on stomach, arch back to raise arms off the floor and legs. Counteracts the stress most ab exercises put on your lower back).

29. Start stretching. No really, this is important, and even though I suck at doing stretches, they are important to prevent injury.
