When i make pine needle tea i dont chop them up, just crush them a litte and then they are easily picked out.

young pine needles, the light green ones, are great to chew on whilst out and about, they are just starting to come good now up my neck of the woods.

young needles also make the best tasting tea in my opinion.
in some cases, those with the least to say, say the most.....
