I have been promised one, he will be back in the UK in about 3 weeks , so I will give it a go then, made the tripod weeks ago...., that sounds nice S13 will try that bugger.

Our Dutch oven actually came with a cast iron meat rack, but we us the Dutch oven mostly to bake bread in. Somewhere on this forum (I think) I posted my wife's recipe for "no-knead bread" which is the recipe we use.
