The Day the UK Stopped
Came across this BBC Mocumentary - it's about 1-1/2 hours long
and shows how just one thing can cause complete shutdown all over the place -- the dependencies on each other is frightening. Think I'll stop at home.

RE: The Day the UK Stopped
what have I always said about the "domino" effect, one thing affects something else that affects a third a fourth, so on and so forth, nope, nobody ever gets it.
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.

A "Mockumentary"?
Who are they mocking?

Added to my watch list, I'll comment more when I've seen it.
Woe to those who add house to house and join field to field, Until there is no more room, So that you have to live alone in the midst of the land!

Enjoyed it, very well done and certainly highlights the fact that so much of the UK is near to max capacity in many aspects. Had a neighbour a while back caught in a gridlock on M1 for 6 hours!

RE: The Day the UK Stopped
just this morning the M5 near Cullompton was closed for over an hour due to an escaped Bullock.
