Loads of people here have a phobia of cities, or just don't like the risks involved in living in/around them...isn't that right BigPaul?

I live in Bristol. Well, technically it's just outside Bristol, but I'm a city boy at heart. I understand what you mean about all the restrictions caused by where you live. One thing you can do, get a small camping stove and start building up some gas cans, which will cover the heat and cooking elements. Also, perfect for sorting out water.

With growing your own food, I know it's not going to be long sustaining, but it's still great fun, check out Window Farms. They look awesome, and it's cool to grow your own herbs and strawberries.
