So I'm departing from the basingstoke area and moving to Southampton. Wise? Probably not, but got a place with a garden an shed, quiet area, can stay as long as we like. Time to get myself a boat! I know a prepper or two in the vicinity too, and a few mates. Should be a good summer!

My wifey is in and around that area at this very moment, hopefully she will make notes about anything interesting.

Hi Binary, glad you're settled mate.
First things first, nearest fresh water supply? Nearest farms? Nearest area with fruiting trees?
Next on the list....dig up that garden and make a cache or 2.
Then.....PARTY AT BINARYS!!!!

Oooh a boat! I love messing about in boats. When I was at Uni in Portsmouth I have spent many a happy hour in various states of drunkenness on the Hamble, not to mention Her Majesties Ships at Pompey. Very nice part of the country. Great soil and a good climate. It's very good for foraging too.
