Just got a wide track sankey to do just that. Will be ditching the tub and building a new body for it.
Built kitchen.
12/240V electric.
Fridge
Small genny
2 gas bottle
Water tank and pump
plus a roof tent
Will do a build on it as i go on this site.

I'm refittig a 16 foot trailer for my needs.
Its about 5 foot wide.
re decked the trailer bed in reclaimed pallet wood and put decking sides on 6 inches high.
I left it the basic flatbed for a reason because then I can build up sides and a roof if I want, put a gazebo over the top with sides and I've got a large living area etc.
At a push we can sleep underneath it as well, not much room but you could.
Plus as a flat bed theres more options for hauling stuf now and post shtf.
If youve got a trailer with builkt up sides that restricts you on sizes of what you can carry but for me I can fit pretty big stuff on and have it hanging over.
Mind you not much chance of that being 16 foot long
It might not be to everybodys taste I suppose but it suits me and my needs so...
