Well being a confirmed coward with a strong will to live if i was in a place with large numbers of people and there was ANY sort of explosion in an OPEN area like a plaza, square, mall, bus station etc I would NOW asume it being a device to spread radiological material and I would bugger offski sharp as I could sideways to the prevailing wind direction. Better to be a living coward than a glow in the dark corpse.

One just has to assume some things, I know assuming is normally foolish but in the UK with Radiated material missing, extremists flourishing I am going to play safe and if something goes bang out of doors I'll play safe and get up or side wind of it fast.
