Its a good idea, but a bit wasteful,... I much prefer the idea in the comments, about butting a piece of toilet paper like you would butter bread, and roll it to make the candle,.. that's a great idea that uses a lot less butter

works with veg oil in a small tuna tin and paper rolled up

here you go and yes it works burns for more than five hours then change the wick
