in fairness, i am looking at a maximum of 5 months worth to store, probably 20 x 20litre containers, 10 to store on a permanent basis on a rotation, with the other 10 filled up either when i see things going downhill or "scavenged" after the fact.
i say 20 litres per week (x 5 months) cos that will give me enough fuel for 150 mile round trip post SHTF for "scavenging" purposes, i think thats more than enough, i expect i could manage with half that. after 5 months there isnt going to be anything left worth scavenging anyway.
