Nut Trees

As part of my planting scheme I want to add a few nut trees to my little orchard. So far the prices I have been quoted are pretty high - I only want 3 or 4 cob/hazel trees. Does anyone know of a nursery where the prices are reasonable?

sweet chestnut grow well
walnut can take a long time and make very big tree
could alway plant nuts on wasteland and share harvest
