Elder flower tea .......dry the elder flower and place in a brown paper bag .....when you feel a cold or flue coming on ....crush some of the dried elder flower into a mug pour in boiling water and let stand ...strain into another cup ...add some honey and sip away ...you can add more boiling water if you make the brew stronger at first .
