A couple of years ago we chatted about preserving cheese by waxing it, I just opened the last block I waxed about 18 months ago and it was fine.

Got a decent stock of tinned cheese.....went with tinned as I've eaten 30+ year old tinned cheese on plenty of occasions and have a couple of veggies in my brood lol.....conserva were having a mad sale and I bought 240 tin's lol
Nothing is fool proof for a sufficiently talented fool!!!!

I really must try some of Conserva's tinned products like the bread, cake cheese etc, I used to be addicted to British Army Rational packs
