One hour ago on the BBC website, in London a 78 year old pensioner has been arrested on a charge of MURDER after stabbing a burglar armed with a screwdriver in a scuffle in his kitchen. There were two burglars the other one fled.

THEY SHOULD GIVE THE GUY A MEDAL.

Shelter, security, water, food, cooking, heating, lighting, first aid, medication, communication,
power (electricity), transport.

This will be a good test of the change of home defence laws made a few years ago which allows any use of force, even using a weapon, as long as it is not considered gratuitous.
