Threats and risks for 2025
#1
What's worth keeping a eye on this coming year...

I'm concerned about inflation and especially food inflation aldi today seemed to put up many of its prices over Xmas, just how far will this go.
General inflation is bad too affecting the new year sales also press reports of big retailers like b&q in trouble as well as others .
People/families are just not spending even in the sales it's a vicious circle no spending leading to closures and job losses .

Happy New year.

I'm not too bothered about inflation and food prices, being just the 2 of us we dont spend as much on food as other people do, what we spend on our monthly food shop most people spend weekly.
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.

Another issue for 2025 is war in the middle east, every time their's a war civil or otherwise theirs always a flood of refugees that head towards europ and then to us .

Leave the middle east alone especially iran we have more than enough refugees from our other failed wars Afghanistan and Syria.

A side issue is many of those here or on their way might just blame us for those wars.

Ok guys you can relax, Tump will soon end the wars in Ukraine and Gaza,
Reeves has fixed the economy, Starmer has renegotiated Brexit.
China is our new best friend not the US, look for a special relationship.

No need to prep any more, spend the cash on booze.

I think everyone already is.........

Russia has won its conflict with ukraine it now the peace that needs winning.
Now Russia is weaker due to this conflict will it want to help it's alli iran if attacked.

If iran is attacked who will do the donkey work , American and British forces .

Israel will just start it.

Let's see.
