Besides, I like sunrises.

Simple, yet poignant. I love it (though I'm a sunset man myself).

Personally, it's not just about survival - I feel my chances of survival are pretty high in the vast majority of high-likelihood events.
For me it's more about reducing suffering and preparing to live comfortably in hostile environments.

We as a species are all born survivors, it's just that some of us choose to improve and increase our chances of surviving by trying to plan ahead and cover as many scenarios as possible.

tough question i guess xD

i have several answers

1. Without the will to survive anything, i may as well give up and kill myself now
2. Me and BP are gonna be the last 2 people on the planet
3. Apocalypse intrigues me, in its many shapes and sizes, small events triggering chains of events, or simple random mutation, our life and societies are fragile, analyzing them and the probable causes for collapse is an interesting subject, also speculation on what a Post-Event society would be like, how the human spirit would endure etc.
4. who knows maybe ill become a tribal leader and create a new world order xD
