It contains calcium propionate causing eczema and behavioural problems in children. I think Germany banned this in the 80's.
If you already dont make your own bread this should make you want to start.

probably the wrong link. but regarding shop bread its full of preservatives and stuff and most of it especially the lower end of the market isnt bread its just PAP! better to make your own, if you cant make it by hand then get a bread machine!
Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.

ive also stopped eating bought bread recently and am looking into purchasing a bread maker machine

We got one bout a year ago, its never not been working siince we got it, IIRC its a Kenwood 450, cant be arsed to go downstairs and look at the label, but its the only bread our kids eat now apart from the rare occasional slice of warburton toasties.
