Any more news on this? Appears to have disappeared from the radar. Definitely something fishy about it - who leaves this kind of stuff in the back of a van? And if you did break into the van, looking for tools normally, you certainly wouldn't pick up a box with the radioactive trefoil on it and take it home!
Appears to me as if it's been stolen to order, procured by the driver. If there really was one?

I ,m with beardy pinched to order , you do not leave this stuff unattended less your a dumb mother f..ker..or do you.... anyone know the protocol for this stuff ? on the other hand driver could be a con/lib/lab....then it would make perfect sense..brain dead
