Blackout

Sorry if this has been mentioned before, but I recently watched the docu-drama blackout on ch4, an interesting scenario, the power goes out in the UK, but comes back on 5-6 days later
The sh!t that happens, is only to be expected, I watched as a realist/prepper, but I'm sure most people who watched would think it was good entertainment, I watched and gathered more information. so you never know what might happen.
Did anybody see the program, and what are your thoughts!!

Hi Jan. Long time no see.

Very interesting. Highlighted some serious points. The twist at the end was a bit Hollywood for me, but really it was interesting. Very much what we'd expect a scenario like that to play though.

My only criticism was no mention of people with camping gear or any international aid.

I think most people found it of use, with quiet a few picking up on mistakes made by the actors,.. I think for me, the biggest thing that a family would need to think on is the fact that children dont know that they have to keep everything a secret,... so much of your preps really need to be kept away from very young children,.... as shown in the program, all their problems started with one casual remark from the little girl about the generator
