I really wouldn't want to but, if I had to I would, if I was starving she would be to, I think I'd rather eat her before she ate me!

RE: Eating ones best friend?
Sure would without a moments hesitation. I might hesitate if it was one of my old biking buddies though.
Same with all the pets.

Some people that prefer to be alone arent anti-social they just have no time for drama, stupidity and false people.

because the baa lambs, iccle piggies and the rest dont live in our house, dont come up on the bed and wake us in the morning, and certainly dont bark when they hear a noise outside-THATS WHY!!!

RE: Eating ones best friend?
I'm starting to wonder if having a Dog shtf is a good idea, she's a great guard dog, if some one opens my gate and knocks at the door she won't bark, but if they touch the gate and don't knock or they just stand by the gate she will bark like mad, she won't bark no matter how much noise the neighbours make in their garden but, if they have visitors that she's not familiar with she will bark, she's very smart, but in a shtf situation if I wanted to stay hidden at home or bugout she would bark and give us away.

A loyal, territorial dog is more useful than most people.. So.. I'd kill a person to feed the dog and take their food, before I kill the dog to feed myself
Failure to prepare mentally, is preparing to fail totally.

And this is where I came in, back to the issue that ended up with me being banned from another forum. When we get to the silly stage where people puts dogs and cats ahead of people its definately time for me to go.
