I'm afraid I'm with MaryN on this one. The incompetent and thoroughly unprofessional conduct and actions of UN personnel in Haiti after the earthquake triggered the cholera epidemic, which was confirmed by the US CDC and the WHO, which overall made conditions for the people living there much worse than they would have been, had the UN stayed away...
