I tried learning to identify fungi. What a nightmare. It's not a skill that can be learnt quickly, and not a skill to utilise until you have achieved a certain level of expertise. I'm about to get a hunting dog; if SHTF we'll eat whatever he catches. I'd also go for fish - trouble is the best traps are illegal so you can't practice using them. This is all after I've gone through my 2,000,000 jars of peanut butter of course
