I'm not surprised you've started smoking again being with scythe... He seems the keen/get on your nerves type....
With his constant "exerciseing, exercising 1, 2, 3...
You want one of them electric cattle prods for when he gets too keen, then you can give him a jolt....
Being a Bristol boy he might like that though....
Mind you could always show him a picture of a sheep, that should distract him for a while...
