New Flu Heads Up

This is a completely normal thing and is being used as attention seeking hype.

Each spring the U.S. CDC and I am sure the British medical services send teams into China to discover what new strain of flu is appearing and make an attempt to create a vaccine for the upcoming autumn.

Often there are so many new strains on hand that they can not cover all of them, or a strain appears after the new vaccine has appeared.

That is why our flu shots only cover a portion of the strains each year rather than all of them, and why some people get flu although they have had the flu shot.

N1H1 was what went around back in 2009 as the "Bird Flu". I had that one and it was not too bad. I stayed in bed and slept for a couple of days and got over it in a week.

I am of the opinion that we need to change some definitions in the face of this past season. I do not call what has occurred a pandemic by historic terms. Serious yes, but not a "pandemic". It simply puts too much control in the hands of the state, and especially the medical profession, which is made up mostly of social misfits that know little of real life and have a "God Complex" to start with.

Just think on it, people like Doc Martin have been making your life decisions for the past 4 months!
