The extension to the brew shed is all finished and closed in externally , just the insulation and internal ply cladding left to do , electrics and shelving also.........finished ten mins ago .
Now for the Chinese feast to prepare for tonight , on the menu today........
Lettuce rolls ( pork mince , onion , chilli ‘ oil )
Crispy beef with chilli ( hot damn hot )
Chilli chicken
Garlic bread
Chips
Rice
Oh and a surprise dish that’s top secret !
Some wine
Time for the kickoff is 5 pm
Time to hit the shower
