We have a nice sturdy all-rounder horse who could easily plough or carry. But, most people have no idea of what size plot is required to grow food, or even sadder, what to grow. Over the years I have had plenty of time to get it right, and we now grow a lot of what we eat. I could and would ramp it up a bit if need be, but I see no point in growing more than we need at the moment.

The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.
