The Public Health England themselves have even released a report that confirms what SD has mentioned, but of course not publicised in the MSM so most won't know of it, or even if they do will probably think it must be some sort of misinterpretation as it's not in the (fake) news. It's slow collapse which is a terrifying prospect, and funnily enough I was just at the point of posting a video about it...
