If you live there it is different. When the ordinary person hears about Glastonbury the first thing they think of is the music festival and when they look deeper it is a mud pit that is full of people having fun.
My comment was around the 'revered' part of the statement. My brother is in the music industry and lives in Bristol so he goes regularly but he doesn't 'rever' it any more than he does Wembley, the NEC or the NEN.
