We all know of its benefits but I was wondering how long you can store it for?
I want to get some tins of sardines that are in sunflower oil. but if they are going to go rotten I wont bother.
I've got tinned Tuna in brine, Mackeral fillets in brine and the same in tomato sauce, stuff like that gets rotated through the normal food stocks regularily so its never more than a year old.
