Speaking as a new member, the reason i joined was a combination of the openness and lack of moderation of the site combined with some of the projects being worked on like the comms network.

I dont like being told what to do, how often to post, or warned for non pc behaviour so the way this place is set up seems to suit me.

I ignore the bits I dont like and contribute if possible in the areas I do like, works for me Smile
