Many thanks for your time, you in fact timed it very well, as I am about to enter the training stage with a ruthless attitude, I will meet my target by Xmas day, the summer holidays broke my routine but they are back to school soon and game on.
My mates are all pulling me in different directions but I think it best I just get on with it myself as what I have done so far is working for me, they don’t get it, I am not training for a fight or to become a body builder, but just plain old to cardio and weight loss.
Walking mixed with diet is not to be underestimated it is working for me, but as you know/said yourself there comes a point where it all slows down and I reached that, this is why I need to introduce more to the program.
