... but what does matter is how we define when TSHTF? I think it hit the fan two years ago, Barney feels ( I think) its not quite there yet and thats how misunderstanding happens

And this is a big broblem with saying that the rules change after TSHTF.
Your personal moral compass needs to be consistent before and after TSHTF.
If it's wrong now, it's wrong then. If it's OK then, it's OK now.
