I see a moral difference between killing to defend what's mine and killing to take from someone else.

I hope I'm never able to kill a child to take their food.

I hope I'd never have to. But if the choice is they die or my family dies then it's going to be them unfortunately.

I hope you have lots of food stashed away and a bountiful garden etc cause if you're not willing to take by force to survive, then you won't.
