LS, I could be right off track here but the Anytone 5555 can rx and tx on different frequencies 10 / 11 metres does this rig you've posted the link for work across bands?

I'm not sure ifthe SGC will do this. Probably yes, but you'd need to study the product manual.

Its quite a rare requirement to be able to do cross manding on HF though.
