kenneth, can you please explain the "free" washing machines, cookers etc., i have been through the benefits system and out the other side, and these things were never free, the person got a LOAN from The Social Fund and that loan had to be paid back out of benefits, the only ones who got a Grant(i.e. free) were people who came out of institutions.
