They are not all bad I do know some good uns, but overall the quality of the public sector staff has declined, Indeed I heard that KFC refused to hire some former council workers a couple of years ago

Erm No BP old chum, up here some councils had a fund for domestic appliances, cookers, basic beds, wardrobes etc , the welfare claimants were so crafty they soon learned to manipulate the system. EG if a Colour TV came in a timber cabinet with doors on it was classed as furnature and many people put claims in and recieved these cabinets for free. I know quite a few young ladies who got allsorts for nowt.
